our priming & practice morning process
follow this process and let the magic happen:
- block out 15min of time every morning. time it!
- make this YOUR special time, set aside JUST FOR YOU, every single day!
- put yourself through a gratitude session thinking about any and all things you’re grateful for.
- meditate or sit in silence, watching tendency to think.
- read through your envisioning statements, or simply think about what you want!
remember:
- we must feel good as often as possible = being clean, clear, accepting, and receptive.
- we must give attention to the things we want = activates possibilities.
- we must act and move forward with flexibility and “allowing” = getting results and constant evolution!
