everyone wants to feel better, be happy with how they look and live a fulfilling life of purpose.  EVERYONE WANTS TO BE HAPPY.  the question is,  how do we get all this?

1st meeting = the basics of real food + Weston A. Price methodology

  • at this meeting we will receive our guide, shopping lists, and other supporting handouts.
  • we’ll learn the basics of real food, how to structure macros, how to time carbohydrates, and how to incorporate balance.
  • we’ll dig into the Weston A. Price methodology and cover our summary handout with key principles.
  • after the meeting, we’ll spend 2 weeks implementing our basic guidelines.

2nd meeting (2 weeks after the 1st) = maximizing metabolic flexibility, fat burning + all about Paleo

  • at this meeting we will learn how to maximize our body’s natural ability to tap into bodyfat for fuel.  we’ll also learn the in’s and out’s of “Paleo,” what works, what doesn’t work, and what we can take away from it.
  • we’ll spend 2 weeks implementing our new goals.

3rd meeting (2 weeks after the 2nd) = how to do low-carb + all about Keto

  • at this meeting we will learn how to do low-carb, safely and effectively.  low-carb can be a useful tool, if done properly!  we’ll also learn the in’s and out’s of Keto, what we like, what we don’t like, and what principles we can take away from it for our own use.
  • we’ll spend 2 weeks implementing our new goals.

4th meeting (2 weeks after the 3rd) = how to do a cleanse and how to do self testing + all about Vegan

  • at this meeting we’ll further customize our way of eating by learning which foods could possibly be problematic and experimenting with removing them.  we’ll also learn how to reintroduce foods with self-testing.  and we’ll learn the in’s and outs of Vegan, what we like, what we don’t like, and what principles we can take away from it for our own use.
  • we’ll spend 2 weeks implementing our new goals.

5th meeting (2 weeks after the 4th) = closing concepts and FINALE + tying it all together
