nut butter jelly bombs



  1. mix nut-butter and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. pour about a tablespoon worth into cupcake liners.
  3. place cupcake trays in freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. remove from freezer and place a tablespoon of jam or honey on top of frozen nut-butter mix.
  5. optional add some chocolate chips on top.
  6. add remaining peanut butter mixture on top of the jam / honey.
  7. place back into the freezer for 30 more minutes.
