this program kicks off on Monday, July 23rd, hosted online, with no in-person meetings required.  upon signing up you will receive a welcome email with your initial homework and some recommended products to purchase to support you on your sleep journey.  you will receive your first goal on Sunday, July 22nd in the evening for the next day. 

 

you want to feel better, have more energy, and be happy with your body composition.  did you know it’s not just about food?  food plays a huge role in health, but sleep runs a close 2nd, if not a tie!

  • with one night of poor sleep, we are immediately in insulin resistance and it’s impossible to make energy properly or burn fat!  plus, our physical performance and cognitive function decline!
  • with better sleep, all our systems can function properly.  we can make energy properly, perform well, think clearly, and lose body-fat effortlessly.

you can improve sleep in 2 different ways:

  1. increasing the duration = amount of time you spend in bed.
  2. improving the quality of sleep.

even if you don’t think you can get MORE sleep you can improve the quality of your sleep.

with this program, we will outline a step-by-step process to get you on the path to the best sleep you’ve ever had in your life, holistically, naturally, and in an easy-to-implement progression:

  • once you sign up, you’ll be given some pre-challenge homework, which includes a sleep self-assessment.
  • once the program starts, you’ll receive an email, blog post, or video, either daily or every couple of days, with the following day’s new goal.
  • each goal builds on the previous goal.
  • comes with a dedicated Facebook group.
